What is the activation period for memberships?

Credit Card payments allow Ichabod Ink memberships to activate immediately.

 

I have purchased a membership, but I do not have access to membership benefits.

We operate with a 256-bit secure, encyption technology, so you can be confident that your financial

Do you have a policy on refunds?

Ichabod Ink membership fees are non-refundable.

 

Are discount rates available for group purchases?

Ichabod Ink does give a discount to families with multiple children who are interested in membership. The rate for an additional child membership is $5 USD.

Does my membership automatically renew?

Memberships automatically renew unless you checked the box to eliminate this feature. A friendly reminder will notify you that your membership is up for renewal. The parent email address used for account activation will also receive an email reminder notifying 
that the families membership is up for renewal. 


 

How do I renew my membership?

Memberships automatically renew.

 

Can I change my payment method?

Memberships are paid on an annual basis. You can turn off the annual renewal process in the my account section.

 

Are memberships transferable?

Memberships are not transferable.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel, go to my accounts.
